Oh I don,t know Sian..I did hear this week that “numbers are down” and that people are “leaving in droves”.(I must have imagined all those users I chatted to today then) So what with all that and the “demise” of the message boards, does this mean JC is “dying” again then? :roll: :lol:
Turn the clock back 12 months. When you could hardly keep up with the amount of posts being made and could easily spend an evening on the boards without finding the time to go to the chat rooms cos “it was such a laugh on here”.
You can go hours now before a single post is made.
It was so busy it was even decided to publish a news letter to try and condense all the goings on into one easily readable script. Even that has almost ground to a halt and when it is published it has turned into nothing more than a drab, boring, predictable read.
Read the original post again Batty before you get on another of your high, mighty condescending perches. The chatrooms were never mentioned. But these boards are as dead as a dodo in comparison to years gone by. There is more life inside Ugo’s trousers than there is in this place.
And if you cant see that Batty then its time you popped down to spec savers and get those rose tinted glasses exchanged for a pair that show you reality.Be nice to them then… :wink:

Dutch police raided more than 65 locations nationwide and arrested 45 members of the Hell’s Angels motorcycle gang on charges of extortion, intimidation, weapons and drugs trafficking and murder, prosecutors said Monday.
Raids were conducted simultaneously overnight at club houses in six Dutch town and cities and two Hell’s Angels sites across the border in Belgium, a prosecution statement said.
Among items seized were a grenade launcher, a flame thrower, hand grenades, 20 hand guns, a machine pistol and Ђ70,000 (US$83,993) in cash. The operation was the culmination of an investigation into the motorcycle gang that began just over a year ago, the AP reports.
The action comes soon after a high-profile murder trial of three members of the gang in the south of the Netherlands in 2004, allegedly by fellow bikers.
The Hell’s Angels also was involved in international trafficking of cocaine and Ecstasy and the production and distribution of marijuana, prosecutors said. The investigation also covers the murder of a drugs dealer and the laundering of Ђ340,000 (US$407,966) in drugs money in 2004. A.M.
Eee by gum!! Aint these biker people just a grand bunch eh! But as waspish has pointed out. They have probably all got their bikes taxed, MOT’d and insured according to the law of the land and the sense of community spirit is currently at a record high. :D

A member of my local chapter of Hells Angels has recently been sentenced to 18 years for committing murder with a sawn off shotgun. It took years for the police to finally nail him because of the very “sense of community” you are talking about. During the police investigations an arsenal of deadly weapons were uncovered including guns, machettes and baseball bats impregnated with 6 inch nails. It was revealed that the chapter had full control of prostitution and drugs dealing in the city and as we speak the government are trying to make it an offence just for being a member of such a gang.
