									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, that last message wasn&#8217;t quite true. Those annoying messages came back to plague me. Now I have followed Titanias instructions and switched off messenger in the services in administritive tools., and so far, they&#8217;ve gone.<br />

I have got Zone Alarms firewall which includes some virus scanning stuff, I think&#8230;.</p>

<p>Thanks. Just done google search on Sassa virus. Perhaps to save me spending the rest of today sorting this, does you or anyone know the best way to deal with it.</p>
