I make every New Year’s Spanish Paella. Yellow rice, fish assortment, meats, chicken, pork. Olives (black) peas, mushroons, onions, chicken broth…

Also as miss my mom’s cooking, showed me much, cooked with her, cook much myself..carried on certain traditions. Meatballs, Lasagna, cakes, beads, dessets… it is the cookies have difficult time with…some..Oatmeal, mom’s the best…Soft chewy..mine sometimes too hard…
