I for one cant wait for the school hols ….. I still miss my youngest to death when she’s in school!! Cos of the age span I’d adapted to the others going but with her – cos we’d been home alone from her being a baby – its harder :(

Also means a little more freedom re: time to get all the kids together at the same time during the week as some have homes/lives of their own and I cant always fit the younger ones around it and get them to bed at a reasonable time for school mornings …..

Possibly so Rose – I for one have never had issues with the guides ….. when I’ve been banned in the past – I’ve deserved it (unless ya count the twice rob booted me by mistake – his aim was shyte!!!!)

There is less guide presence in the rooms of late …….. many of the old guides are ‘missing’. I dont know about f1 & 2 because i dont use them but I do see a huge difference in 3.

It must be frustrating for the guides who see the behaviour of some users and know that there is absolutely nothing they can do to ban them – and keep them banned, they then have to put up with pc’s from the users who are getting annoyed with abusers/scrollers etc whilst trying to do their job – keeping the room as calm as possible, continually booting offenders, themselves being abused because they cant control the situation etc ….

I just think that the ex guides – probably had their fill – and who can blame them? Be fekked at puttin in hour after hour trying to do a job to make things better for the majority and gettin nothing but abuse for doing so – I would have thrown in the towel too!!!!

I know its off topic ………… but there seems to be quite a few messages popping up on the boards of late from ‘ex guides’ ….. wonder if they are losing faith in the site as many regs seem to be????

I’d agree that SOME of the men are a little ‘strange’ but on the whole, most are decent fellas ……

Had the question been are 90% of the women nutjobs – my vote would have been ‘yes’ …. the only difference being – the men take their issues into the room – the women keep them hidden till they have their claws into one of the so called ‘nutjobs’ :D
