You could imagine the message boards couldn’t you? They’d be in heaven. Page upon page of whinge whinge whinge. As soon as it opened there would be a stampeed to get there and see who could post the most moans. The place would probably crash within the first hour. :roll:

I think actually the situation hasnt really been explained properly, of course we know how to use the iggy button, of course we know not to react to the scroller, just in this case non of the above were possible as it kept happening so quickly, shortly after the questions were asked, so (a) its not possible to get a guide that quickly and (b) its not possible to use the iggy button as the scroller comes in in different names and scrolls so quickly makes it impossible to carry on.

What is being said here is it is very difficult to find help quickly, i.e a chat guide. i do know guides give their time voluntary and for the most part do a good job too, but, it would be useful maybe for a small message in all the rooms if guides are off duty or very thin on the ground, to read ‘if you need a guide there is one in room……etc, or, have on guide on ‘call’ if that makes sense?

In an ideal world , it would be great if a guide could be in the room on quiz nights, but I know this isnt always possible. does Just Chat actually have enough guides?

I realise that JC has to have a certain calibre of people for guides but there are a lot of chatters who would make very good guides.
