I do think if a woman falsey accusses a man of rape then she should do two years.

I now it may sound harsh but if your a prostitute and the punter runs off with out paying then its just a hazzard of the job and you cant scream rape everytime it happens.

I just think date rape is such a gray area and i dont think anyone jury could tell what really happend. I also think date rape is completly different to someone being dragged down an alley and being raped by a complete stranger. But in both cases if someone is convicted then the victim should get the same compo.
