I just think rape is such a difficult thing to prove and almost impossible if either or both parties are drunk.
It must be terrible for a woman to go through something like that but it must also be terrible if you are a man falsely accused of it.
But if think the compo should be the same ,doesn’t matter if she was drunk. If she’s a victim and someone is prosecuted for it then that’s the end of it.
