I have been called a voyeur on these very boards within the last week by LD- unsubstantiated, unnecessary and unprovoked. Several others have also been the target of her wrath, again seemingly unprovoked.
This isn’t new btw.
It’s always been like this for me.
I really think we need clarification from the powers that be about when abuse is OK and when it is not.
I am sure I am looking at this far too simplistically and that there is an innocent and logical explanation.
It is ok when the ingroup does it to the outgroup.
Its is not ok when the outgroup does it to the ingroup.
It does however need clarification, don’t you think LD?

The guides refuse to read the chat history, so this is the only way to report things.

They only see what they want to see.
I would also add I’ve never had issues with any other mods :)
They are all equally as bad.

Just did a brief scroll thought the chat history in F1 and F3, I didn’t see any names that I didn’t recognise.
Weird.
Drama queen noun. Informal. a person who often has exaggerated or overly emotional reactions to events or situations: You’re such a drama queen!
You aren’t adressing the issue, which is the double standards.
If some people are abused, sudden and huge changes have to be made and a whole class of users has to be banned even the ones that are innocent. If other people are abused then they are called a drama queen and need to grow up.
I don’t know why I have to keep repeating this, but either abuse is acceptable, or it is not. It doesn’t matter who is abused or who is sending the abuse, you can’t have different standards for different people.
If I am a drama queen and should be ignored, then so is everyone that complained about guests. Therefore guests should be allowed back into the chat.
