Today was Wednesday………this is one of my exercise days when I go swimming, I don’t swim much about 30 lengths of a full sized pool in around half an hour, three times a week, it’s good exercise for my cardiovascular system, my energy levels, my lung expansion and oxygen transfer rates and much much more……………nothing could possibly happen here right?………………………… :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:
Mother’s and kiddies…….my local pool has decided to have mother and kiddy sessions, nothing wrong with that, they ‘lane off’ a lane or two and all these yellow hatted tadpoles are all in various stages of drowning with the odd one actually swimming, nice…..but mummy decides to take younger brother/sister to watch and they also get in the pool, but as the fees are not cheap, they pay ordinary prices and use the REST of the pool………so, here I am, expanding my lungs, pumping my blood around my system like a tube train with a bomb up its arse, generally treasuring the work out my system is getting bouncing off each end wall (yes I can turn quite well I’ll have you know) doing blocks of 10 lengths at a time, and these bliddy mother’s are swinging these totally petrified infants around in the water going ‘weeee’ ‘weeee’ ‘splash splash’ with something that looks alive with brightly coloured arm bands fitted at every limb, and they ALWAYS walk backwards right??? WHY BLIDDY BACKWARDS WITHOUT LOOKING!!!!!??? RIGHT INTO MY BLOODY PATH OF SWIMMING……….on length 29 I get very unhappy……grrrrrrrrrrr :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: Grrrrrrrrrrr

BB in your profile where it shows you the current image for your avatar, just click browse and find the new pic you want. If it tells you it,s too big just keep going till you find one thats the right size.
