Ill mannered and disinterested shop assistants. I do know that customers can be a pain in the tradesmans entrance but discourtesy , disinterest and downright rudeness are not on when a customer is simply trying to get help.
Can I ask how he manages to make the posts so long? I get cut off at the knees ( so to speak!) after about half the length of the first post.
