You don’t think this is a Computer Technical Forum?
Really  Looks like one to me.19 November, 2006 at 5:38 pm #249394Esmeralda,
Thank you for your kind critique I was pleased it amused you and hope that your bottom continues to howl at other posting in the Bizarre World of Langstraat Series (groan)
My stories are autobiographic and true’ only the character names have been changed to protect those who wish to distance themselves from me.19 November, 2006 at 5:12 pm #247534Maybe @ cross purposes here Karl my posting was in the Justchat Forum technical section and I refered to the lack of macintosh content there. I disappointed that there were no other mac people.
That is unless you can direct me; when you say you know a ton do you mean on this forum or in general?
Langstraat.

I’ll wait and see whether anybody else has problems opening the link before removing it. Sometimes, depending on the browser used you may have to copy and paste instead of clicking. It’s strange that it shows the motor bike on the title heading and not the text,
oh hum.19 November, 2006 at 1:39 am #24922919 November, 2006 at 1:30 am #249227Sharon, beneath that granite exterior lies a romantic and optimistic dreamer; ya softy ~
From Rock Legends Rush
I submit: The Trees
A tale of those who Dare to be different.
There is unrest in the forest
There is trouble with the trees
For the maples want more sunlight
And the oaks ignore their pleasThe trouble with the maples
(And they’re quite convinced they’re right)
They say the oaks are just too lofty
And they grab up all the light
But the oaks can’t help their feelings
If they like the way they’re made
And they wonder why the maples
Can’t be happy in their shadeThere is trouble in the forest
And the creatures all have fled
As the maples scream ‘Oppression!’
And the oaks just shake their headsSo the maples formed a union
And demanded equal rights
‘The oaks are just too greedy
We will make them give us light’
Now there’s no more oak oppression
For they passed a noble law
And the trees are all kept equal
By hatchet, axe and sawIf bozzo’s eyes still cause concern say the word and he’s history.
As they say on Crimewatch Don’t have nightmares………………………………………..19 November, 2006 at 1:19 am #249389My dearest Sharon,
Thank you for your kind felicitations I hope you enjoy the story. As is my wont I do sometimes go on and on as is the case here. A statement of fact and in no way an apology.
If you enjoy it and wish to read more I kindly direct you to another I posted for UGO’s attention; I haven’t received any feedback from him and can only think that he may be in custody or under an internet restriction ban after that incident I’ve been forbidden to disclose.

Pounce! pounce.
“Pounce” cat treats are cat food snacks manufactured by Del Monte Foods.
The original flavors are sold in small cylindric canisters which make a distinctive noise when shaken. Many cats learn to associate this noise with the treat and will respond to the sound as a secondary or conditioned reinforcement. [citation needed]
“Pounce” come in different flavors such as shrimp, beef, chicken, tuna and salmon as well as in tartar control, hairball prevention, and vitamin-enriched varieties.Alzheimers? Never mind its not all bad at least you get to meet new people each day.
