i have no tickets.. i only ever got given the one reference number to pick up 4 tickets on 8th july

well what i did was ordered alton towers tickets

i placed my first order, and nothing happened after 10 mins, so i closed the browser down, and places it again, this time i got a reference number. no email was ever sent

worried, i rang up and said that i think my card might be charged twice, she said to me, don’t worry about it, you only been charged the once, but if i do get charged twice, just show a copy of the statment

so go online today and find i have been charged twice, i rang them up, and now they say… how do we know that 8 of you did’nt go to alton towers, and not 4…

its a pain, i gotta ring again in the morning they say for some strange reason and speak to another number

not what i need right now.. money is really tight, and its making me ill
