    Hmmm.

I think I might try to strike up a conversation with a complete stranger on the train home this evening.

That’s bound to get me certified as no doubt they will think I’m an axe murderer! :P

Will the ‘complete stranger’ understand English..?

    By jove!

I will be throughly selective in my choice and look for someone who is decidedly British, old chap!

You know, handlebar moustache, bowler hat, tweed skirt, High neck blouse and sensible walking shoes.

Actually, a lot of foreign people speak English better than some English people.

I’m glad I don’t watch this programme if Farage is on there.

Politically, he is a non entity.

I like Farage, but don’t like Harman.

I don’t understand how anyone could like Farage.

But as you do, why don’t you join UKIP?

I asked a friend of a friend why he used the word paki.

He said its an abbreviation of Pakistani.

He explained it’s no different from calling British people Brits or Australian people Aussies or American people yanks or Japanese people Japs.

    What do you think?

David Dimbleby presents Question Time from Corby as the polls close in the by-election. On the panel are justice secretary Chris Grayling MP, Labour’s deputy leader and shadow culture secretary Harriet Harman, UKIP Leader Nigel Farage, Liberal Democrat Tessa Munt and Moray MacLennan, chief executive of the advertising agency M&C Saatchi

I was going to mention to you Nigel Farage was on Terry…. it will be interesting to see how he handles it….. he was on Have I got News for You earlier in the week, but really didn’t get chance to say anything much….. who does though… with Ian Hislop and Paul Merton doing their stuff :?

Did Hislop and Merton give Farage a battering?

    If so, I’ll take a look. :P

I’d introduce varying degrees of murder and make sure life means life.

Prisoners / young offenders who are capable of doing so, would be made to work for their food, clothing etc and the only luxury they can have is a tv.
