Our Justice system is an ass………………..we put people in charge who have no real concept of everyday life.
Most of them have led privileged lives……………..eight years for a crime of this magnitude is laughable, he actually fot time knocked off because he had admitted his guilt, whoopy do.
We should reassess the way we look at and give out sentences………….but until the government and the law society come down from their refined space and live in the real world……….watch out for more ludicrous and silly sentences………that have no way matched the crime committed……….Yes the case of the twelve week old is shocking……but i have seen and dealt with things just has bad.
I would agree that the death penalty is wrong on one hand because people do get things wrong with the bst will in the world..
Preventive measures dont always work, I have seen that you think that someone has adhered to everything they needed to only to go back immediately.
Were these two perps are concerned lock them into a room full of mothers, they certainly wouldnt even think twice about re-offending.Dont want to spoil your fun………….so RUCK is the next one
