Token, grow up you whinging sniping excuse for a 6 year old girl

He WASNT 3 years old and he WASNT abandoned alone in a foriegn country in an unlocked room was he, so only an inneffectual ignoramous such as yourself would NEED to draw some similarity between the two cases when there obviously isnt one to try and feel some pathetic sense of “victory” where you couldnt attain it on the other thread by needing to pollute this one with your nonsensincal witterings

On topic, as seems to be the british way in cases like this people are being a bit too distracted IMO obviously by the age of the lad and the emotive elements of the occurence

In short a child has been killed and thats that, what should (also in my opinion) be more of a focal point here is not only the people who did it but the lapse left wing polluted society, laws and punishments that has allowed this country to descend into the cess pit it currently is

One more, ten more or a hundred more deaths like this are a mere splash in the ocean of whats already happened and what will continue to happen until people stand up for some changes that punish the criminals rather than the victims, for some changes that blame the criminals for their actions and choices and makes them take some responsibility for it rather than blaming everyone from their school to their parents for a crime they decide to commit as its always a choice irrespective of contributing factors, some changes that are severe enough and are applied often enough to be a deterrent, and some changes that will eradicate the forms of behaviour that lead to this type of act rather than wishy washy limp wristed doo gooder type philosophies that not only are the root cause of the mindsets behind this kind of crime but that then seek to protect the perpetrators of it from any real punishment

Each death like this is the doorway to change and repair of the entire society, each time that doesnt happen is complicit in the next similar occurence

When you keep doing what you have always done you will keep getting what you have always got, but to have something you havent had before you must be prepared to do something you’ve never done before

What those actions should be I honestly couldnt begin to suggest, but I would hope some people somewhere do and try to implement them towards making the government do whats required rather than whats cheapest or what might get them the most votes

But I would also hope enough people can see its time to say enough is enough to mamby pamby touchy feely parenting, legal systems, governments and police forces and the results of them

Hippies have a hell of a lot to answer for

Dont worry Shazza… I feel confident that now this subject has hit the JC boards our intrepid reporters will have this case solved long before the police…..

The corpse of a deaf blind retarded person could solve MOST cases quicker than the police nowadays speedybrumbrums, unless of course its a REALLY haenous crime like speeding, parking illegally, littering or not paying your road tax

More trivial things tho like rape, murder and burglary and the corpse would be at least equally likely to catch someone, perhaps even more so :D

All joking aside though, because it isn’t a joking matter.

I have to agree with PB,,,,he’s made some very valid points,,,,as he said,,,,let’s wait and see, we might be surprised at the outcome of all of this,,,,well some of us might anyway

What happens if they didnt have something to do with it. Are you gonna eat humble pie, apologise and admit that ya’ll went on like a bunch of vile Witchhunters.
Saying these people were irresponsible is one thing, saying they had something to with it is quite another. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Is english your third or fourth language perchance?

Because you dont seem to grasp the rather obvious difference between somoene saying someone HAS done something and someone saying someone MIGHT have done something

They HAVE been negligent, they HAVE been irresponsible, they HAVE even if not involved in the actual abduction undeniably caused the abduction but they MIGHT also be involved in her death and faked kidnapping can you spot the difference?

You and nobody can say they DIDNT kill her themselves the same as nobody can say they did, but until there is proof one way or the other either IS a distinct possibility, its called having an open mind, which means being open to ALL “possibilities” rather than a closed one that can only bear the thought of SOME possibilities

So no, IF it turns out they didnt have anything to do with it I wont be eating anything as I have never said they DID do it, only that it doesnt seem impossible that they could have and that when other, what are “odd” aspects of their behaviour are factored in I think its quite likely they DID do it

BUt thats not if you learn english the same as saying I KNOW they did it because except for them and their probably dead daughter nobody else “KNOWS” whether they did or not, the only difference is that some people are deluded and self absorbed enough to think they do “KNOW” whereas more sane people only suspect, believe or think one or the other of the two main possibilities but arent idiotic enough to claim to actually “KNOW”

But obviously if you cant grasp the difference between knowing something and accepting its a possibility then none of this will be within your comprehensive capabilities either lol

You bought ethnic origin into it the MOMENT you mentioned deportation, because for a white kid born in the uk the same punishment CANT apply meaning that the punishment then becomes instantly and undeniably a racially/ethnically slanted one as it cannot in anyway be applied equally to individuals of different races or origins for the exact same crime

Just because you very carefully avoided mentioning the fact this particular kid was black doesnt mean you arent being racially slanted in the retribution for the crime but I do understand that none of the tabloids have bothered to also hand out a full set of get out clauses with their brainwashing on the matter

The essence of deportation is in a brass tacks meaning the act of sending someone “home” for a transgression, my point is that to a someone who has lived in a country since being a child of 6 or 7 years old this IS their home and is pretty much the only country and/or way of life they will know or remember to any degree so THIS is the place this person should be deported to

Just because they are an adult now is irrelevant in defining their home country otherwise you are one BNP election away from deporting kids because their great great great great grandmothers were immigrants

Well admittedly I didnt say it was couples, but niether did I say it wasnt, after all the “marriage guidance counselling service” is as defined a “counselling” service which is niether psychotherapy nor psychiatry as with many “counselling” services, infact much “counselling” is related to psychological problems OTHER people have but which have an impact on the person seeking counselling as well as medical counselling as another example to help someone adjust to an dehabiltating illness or incapacity

So the word doesnt either by dictionary definition nor general useage explicitly mean or imply any form of mental or psychological ailment and is often merely an advisory service or in the case of couples a mediatory one

Whereas, and correct me if i am wrong here, the wording of your initial point did (to me at least) seem to be implying the women I mentioned had “problems” rather than merely problems where the former is their own mental issues or lack of grasp of reality and rationality and where the later is merely life being life

As for why is it ONLY up to the man, I know full well what the definition of chivalry is hence this thread duh lol, but are you suggesting that if a woman DOESNT want to date someone sexist and chivalrous then she has no choice in the matter? That she cant say she doesnt like it, dump him or try to set a new balance in the relationship? That she HAS to just accept it and carry on seeing him?

Because unless ALL of those things ARE what you are saying then the woman has as much say in the matter as the man. He ONLY gets to initially decide to be that way, if its not to a partners liking she also has an equal input into the matter with regards him continuing like it at all or just continuinig like it single or with someone else, so the man ISNT the only person with a say in the matter by a very long chalk, both people have an equal say in the continuation of the behaviour

Same works for the inverse too, if a man ISNT chivalrous and the woman would rather have a partner that was then its not JUST up to the man in that scenario either and the woman doesnt have to just accept the lack of prefferred behaviour does she?

So its not “just” up to the man either way round, its as with all things related to a relationship and for both genders equally applicable and integral to each

That was actually my point in part, so many things nowadays are overly simplified, not just by the media, but less forgiveably by so called “professionals” often merely to aid them pushing a politically alligned or social agenda by swaying the less knowledgeable majority into believeing what is needed for them to believe

Rape is one such instance, its dressed up as every single rape thats ever happened since the dawn of mankind being for one single and solitary reason and desire, that in no cases (except the obviously politically and socially allowable ones like it being a prostitute) is the woman to EVER be scrutinised for her behaviour or choices leading upto the attack

Those views in my opinion not only lack depth or understanding but also contribute towards increasing the amount of rapes by putting such silly nonsensical ideas into young womens heads as they not simply “should” be able to do, wear and be where they want when they want but that they OUGHT to

The subtlety most people are conditioned to miss with the clothing issue is one of subjectivity rather than broad generalisation

Someone who WOULD rape someone in the pure definition of the word is in some way or other not exactly wired as society would like them to be even tho that is often merely a missassociation rather than some deep mental illness

Despite people being able to easily agree that if someone DOES rape someone they arent what would be termed as “normal” that acceptance gets very conveniently ignored when certain feminist hot potatoes such as personal responsibility, behaviour or clothing crops up

Starting with quite obvious facts, female clothing CAN quite often be extremely sexual in nature and any woman who claims otherwise is either lying or retarded, sexually appealing or revealing clothing DOES have certain almost unnavoidable associations to the POSSIBLE character, hungers and aims of the woman, behaving in an overtly sexually suggestive and flirtacious manner also has the same POSSIBLE associations too

And any sexual stimulous DOES turn a man on who is turned on BY that sexual stimulous whether it be short skirts hair with the “just shagged” look, low cut tops, oversized udders or anything else

And thats just NORMAL men who might be excited by such things but take it no further, or whom would perghaps try to suss out whether a womans “up for it” attire and/or behaviour is actually a reflection of a real yearning in her groin gash, and if not they will leave it there and target the next woman they see and like who also seems like she is POSSIBLY advertising her wares to get a simon or some other pieman to stick in a thumb or something more substantial

When not discussed in relation to rape not many people would disagree with that synopsis of very ordinary natural social networking with the intent of getting laid and clothing and behaviour DO play a massive part in not only getting a woman noticed but also in the type of approach a male will make which is whether admitted or not and whether its wanted to be carried further or not IS part of the reason women do that either consciously or subconciously

Lets suppose for a moment that it was commonly known that not a single man or woman on the planet found skimpy clothes or bare flesh sexy?, how many of these women would still wear them if that were the case even if designers filled the shops with them? (honestly!!)

So that aside when looked at in a dating sense, the end result is that whether acted on or not such sights of delights WILL in most men cause some labouring towards thoughts of sex, attractiveness and the like even if its not acted on there and then or at all as a result

But it IS the most common triggered train of thought, and women KNOW that

So, back to our one type out of MANY types of rapist

The type who is perhaps a bit socially dysfunctional, cant approach women, rarely gets laid and is usually frustrated on a night out

He will most probably still notice the same sexually alluring sights, he will still have that trigger the same sexual thoughts, wants and longings AND he is most probably drinking

Not a good combination when he is a bit loopy too

So then often via a complex method of “rationsalisation” (albeit often without any actual rationality whatsoever) decides that he will if seen rape someone, or in many cases doesnt actually plan it, but just happens to be walking along a deserted street or area, still turned on and frustrated and sees a solitary, clearly drunk and wobbly woman dressed (in his mind) to get laid and BAM!!

Infact THAT woman might not even be dressed that provocatively, but the mindset, urges and needs in play HAVE already been triggered by women who were or at the very least helped along by them

But, we are expected to buy into the notion that someone who would rape someone is also magically somehow totally devoid of ANY standard human male associations, reactions, triggers or rationales? lol

Does anyone REALLY believe that when scrutinised?

IF they were THAt different they would be noticeable, they would stand out, they would all be identical or very similar psychological types

None of that is the case, they are varied and vastly different

And even that scenario of rape can then be subdivided into various subtle differences and clearly different types of the act

But people regularly wheel out the “but some women are raped in their home”, well so what?

Thats like saying someone killing someone in self defence is no different to premeditated murder purely on the basis of them killing someone

Similarly an opportunist rape and a premeditated rape ARE different types of rape, each with a mass of various reasons, triggers, contributing and driving forces and rationales or sexual interests behind them

NOT the “one explaination fits all” bull crap were expected to believe

(in my opinion of course :))

Well I used to think it was bumping uglies with a robot but apparently its not

The impression I get is that its a bit like a married persons sex life, lots of effort but no “actual” sex whatsoever so maybe it ought to be called psuedo sex instead lol

Infact on some of the desperado sites I’m on (ie dating sites) some people seem to not just have cyber sex, but cyber relationships, cyber friendships, cyber “loves”, cyber social lives and cyber break ups

Seems like an ideal time in mankinds history to train to by a psychologist really lol :D

The only other time so many people have had ficticious friends is when religion was more popular hehe

    #284152

“Ive not got the same cyber energy as you!!”

    You dont?

I guess that rules out cyber sex then lol

I do agree things should be equal in certain instances such as careers if a woman is doing the same job they get the same money, and so on, but at what stage did the beginnings of equality end up as the stronger sex (man) not being allowed to do things / help the weaker sex (female) cos as a rule physically a man is stronger there is nothing we can do about that, and that said any “women” “lady” would not be so rude as to chastise a man for holding open a door for them but accept the gesture with good grace which is purely manners and etiquette, and men use the “equality ” arguement as an excuse half the time to not be polite mannerly and chivlerous, though i think society itself doesnt do enough about manners and correct etiquette which is properly more than half the problem, i know for one my son at 10 has manners and even opens the car door for me if he is getting in the back the same side and always holds doors open for people, at the same time though i wouldnt mind in the least doing the same for a man, but do think it is more the strong protector carer of women (the man) that should lead the way in that as a rule

Well thats an interesting point F, one of the other things that seems to be growing with time is women that quite ardently refuse to do stereotypically “female” tasks whilst also not wanting to get dirty doing strereotypical male tasks leaving men stupid enough to date such nutjobs pressured to not only still do the “manjobs” but also being expected to do half or in some intances all of the female jobs too

Coupledom nowadays is far more complex and diverse than it was in days gone by, with both partners often working and it not being as common for the mans wages to be the larger of the two or his career the most likely to progress

Similarly tho, and connected to your point its also far less common now for the “man” to be the stronger, or even the more “manly” as women are tending to be far larger on average than ever before and where men are ever increasingly starting to act and be like women with dicks

Then theres the exceptions, how many women (honestly) whinge about the lack of equality where work is concerned BUT wouldnt want to be the one working whilst their partner stayed at home looking after the kids even thio its womens desire TO do that which means they just arent worth as much in a monetary sense to an employer as a man is, equal pay for equal worth in an employee is ACTUAL equality, what women want is equal pay that doesnt pay them less when they are worth less which isnt however you try to dress it up equality in any sense of the word

The thing to not remember here is that although this is phrased as a general question its not meant as being applicable across the entire society, but is more to do with people that expect an impractically conveniently defined form of equality that contradicts itself and with many changes to suit their mood anyway making it totally unworkable

Because aside from those are women who WANT to be women and want men to be men and women who are happy to think, act and react like men and ARE happy to be an actual equal on pretty much every level of a relationship (god bless em   )
