tea time im off…. :lol:our service men and women arent allowed to have opinions and do as they are asked therefore we should, as shaz says give them our full support wherever they are. my brother was in the raf and served all over the world including the falklands, ireland, bosnia, and iraq. my son is at this moment waiting for his acceptance letter for the army and i am very proud of the fact that my family are willing to step up to the bar and do their bit instead of sitting back and criticising the services.
As for what my local corner shop man thinks, well just a few weeks ago an asian lad from a corner shop in the next village saved the life of a 14 year old girl who had been stabbed 19 times all over her body including her face chest and arms, he didnt hesitate once, and if it hadnt been for him she would certainly have bled to death after her father almost killed her. so theres good and bad in all of us regardless of colour. on the oher side of the coin, the asian takeaway in our village is like the wild west on a weekend with gangs of young muslim men showing off their suped up cars and causing as much trouble as they can, they hate white folk and we hate them equally, so whats the way forward. ? buggered if i know……… :?not only does he claim massive expenses hes a local mp to me and a complete racist, he hates white people and his arrogance is unbelievable.

All of the above was very familiar to me.
I’d gotten to the point myself, I thought ok, enoughs enough….I pulled chains, I upset pple, I called Social Services in and started the cogs turning on taking my mum home. She’d been thru quite enough. I knew it wouldn’t have been for long, I didn’t care if it was.
Within a week arrangements had been made for a meeting with the doctors, nurses, physio’s, home care teams, you name it they would have been at this meeting. I think they just wanted to get rid of me in the end :)
Unfortunately, she took a turn for the worse later that week, and she died 2 days before the meeting.
So,,,,,lol,,,,,,,I feel pretty angry at our wonderful brand spanking new hospital.
i can virtually guarantee you will not get ether closure or an explanation as the ward clerk will have been told to lose your mums patient records as soon as you make enquiries. i know for a fact this hapens in the mental health field and i see no reason for it to be the same in other fields. im ashamed to say that in my opinion the nhs is creaking under the weight of nurses fighting to gain higher grades to become managers as a manager earns twice the amount as a nurse even though they rareley ever set foot on a ward, they normally hide in offices doung course work and putting together presentations for their next grading exam. thats the reason theres no money for the patients and its sod all to do with the government they couldnt care less as long as the books balance.
try the ol bin job cure. you simply remove the mans dustbin in the early wee hours of the night then throw said bin and all contents through the front window. after several tries you normally find the men will move. if not, keep at it till they do. as it may be construed as me advising you to do this but its what we here int lill villages do.
get used to it folks its coming to a town near you in the next ten years. :lol:
