a couple of quick album reviews

    the redwalls – de nova

recently supported oasis, and a lot of un biased oasis fans say they where better then oasis themself

a great album, with the touch of the beatles and some real soul, and great lyrics.. worth a listen.. 7-10

sons and daughters – The Repulsion Box

the lead singer is the best looking thing since girls aloud ;) but the album is great.. a blend of punk rock and chilling bass lines throughout the album, a good album to listen to while driving up the m6 too

    7-10

the magic numbers – magic numbers

9 out of 10 – fantastic, its like the b-south meets the thrills, but better then the both of them

caleen anderson – up to now

a great singing voice.. a joy to listen too.. soul at its very best, with the highlight being her cover of don’t look back in anger and.. amazed by you

    9-10

    daniel powter – selt entitled

after hearing bad day, i admit, i liked it.. i don’t normaly like this sort of pop music, but the lyrics stuck out, so i got the album, and i should have gone with my first thoughts very poor with only free loop being the only good track, anothe rcae of boring pop.. but no doubt will sell due to the high profile and number 1 single

    3-10

paul weller – as is now

starts of stomping with 3 great jam like belting tracks, then he goes back into his style council style, but it works well, a few soft ballads, but never really re creates the buz of the first 3 tracks, bring back the funk is a great 7 min track mind near to the end, all on the misty morning and the start of forever stunning, but i prefer weller in free flow, but still a good album, and back to his best after the illumiation album which was very poor

    8-10

Hope you dont mind me writing my album review here.

    Frankie J “The One”

I would give this album 8/10
A smooth blend of RnB hits each and every one of them. When i first heard the Single Obsession i didnt think he could match it with anything else but he has surpassed it.only hope he has sucess in the UK.
