There are many photos with ghosts that can be found. A lot seemed to have been made early part of 20th century during Victorian times when Ghost stories were popular and the like and a lot of horror stories were being written, focusing on one’s fear of the dark, the unknown, man’s quest for knowledge and the meddling with science etc. Today, there is a lot more technology to detect fraudulent photos and with it, the numbers of ghost sightings has seemed tr drop as well.

The famous photos of the 2 fairies in the garden referred to was not discovered to be a fake til many years later, largely due to the fact i think if i am right that it was admitted to be a hoax.

On a similar vein, many are still debating today about the photo of the Loch-ness Monster which was ‘ filmed’ many years ago.

There are many explanations put forward for a lot of these things but no conclusive proof which is the reason they create interest and keep going and of course, U.F.O sightings are another often talked about issue…which has yet to be proved conclusively either way.

Speaking of Nessie, what do you think this is?

Looking at that first picture Jane…Nessie has 4 legs…….why would it need 4 legs? Interestingly, bloke on T.V documentry gave an interesting view…he said that Loch Ness is a relatively young body of water…due to water melting in the last glacier age. The sort of creature that Nessie always looks like would have been far older by millions of years so how would it get into a lake that isn’t very old and apparently has no adjoining inlets?

‘Nessie’ does look very much more like a land animal to me. If it is a hoax…Nessie has a long neck to make it very visible above water to be seen. i mean, what a great way to be able to seen for a photo,…long neck being way above the water. I’d love to believe in cute old nessie lol but some how i always teeter on the hoax side of the debate. Apparently, one can see the strings in the photo holding nessie up in the water. Still hard to tell though.

It’s interesting that nessie has 4 legs as i already said. Hippo’s have 4 legs and live in the land and water. So does nessie creep out of the lake at night for a pleasant stroll in the moonlight? LOL who knows

How old are them photos jane?

    #1061024

I honestly dont know how old they are. They’ve been around for years. Incidentally the bottom one, which appears to be a flipper, was a sonograph. It was actually one of a pair of flippers, recorded at speed, moving along the bottom of the loch.

Re Nessies legs, gawd knows lol. Good, pic though.

Shame one can’t see the tail of ‘ nessie’ looks like a dinosaur and if nessie has a long tail it might explain more as experts now believe dinosaurs had long tails to counter balance the extremely long necks they had to stop them falling over or they’re neck snapping as long necked dinosaurs were often if not all, leaf eating animals that could reach up high to get the leaves off extremely tall trees.

This is the kind of artifact you would effect to see if multiple photos were joined together, or parts of the image were exposed at different times. You can see a lot of things similar to this on google street view if you look around in populated areas.
