Someone sent me an email this morning, which kind of puts the UK immigration policy into a global context.
Let me see if I understand all this…
If you cross the North Korean border illegally you get 12 years hard labour.
If you cross the Iranian border illegally you are detained indefinitely.
If you cross the Afghan border illegally, you get shot.
If you cross the Saudi Arabian border illegally you will be jailed.
If you cross the Chinese border illegally you may never be heard from again.
If you cross the Venezuelan border illegally you will be branded a spy and your fate will be sealed.
If you cross the Cuban border illegally you will be thrown into political prison to rot.
If you cross the British border illegally you get a job, a driver’s licence, social security card, welfare, access to a free human rights lawyer, credit cards, subsidised rent or a loan to buy a house, free education, free health care, a lobbyist in parliament and in many instances you can vote!
Understand why they come to Britain? :twisted:
And then..
Gordon Brown wonders why the economy is in crisis, and also punishes the uk citizens, by not allowing them what they’re entitled to.

Perhaps if people knew their history and their facts then they would know where they’re coming from.
Unfortunately some people don’t and pick up the Daily Mail or The Sun and believe everything they read.
WooHoo – I don’t think illegal immigration can be blamed for the current economic crisis in this country, or indeed the World, not unless of course these illegal immigrants run the World’s banking system. Perhaps you missed it, but the World’s banks are mainly responsible for the current global economic crisis.
But, hey ho – when you don’t know anything, just blame illegal immigrants and Gordon Brown – nothing like being informed and objective, eh?

So why’s it called Getting Serious? Some of it seems pretty serious in places.
Yes but there are some that just can’t take anything seriously !
Lets call all those other countries barbaric, that is until their treatment of immigrants agrees with our philosophy

enjoy your posting and, who knows……maybe others postings as well….lol :wink:why do ppl get so ate up when ppl complain about illigal immigrants , every right to complain , dnt make u a racist coz u dnt agree with it , come over thru the propa channels if not keep out.and just because it used to be the other way round ( to a very small extent ) doesnt make it right gazlan
