Lol. Thank you, Mrs Teapot for so graciously accepting my gifts. I would have been rather shamefaced returning back to the blokes’ den of inequity with the shoes. They would have scoffed the choccies though.

Can you take back a bra for a refund when you’ve worn it for a day and it was flipping uncomfortable cos for some weird reason it has vertical bones in the sides that dig in your ribs?

Underwire bra? I suppose it depends where you got it from…Marks and Sparks probably would be sympathetic if you tell them it doesn’t seem to fit right and the wire is poking into you and you think it’s faulty.
Not sure if they are classed the same as knickers on a no refund whatsoever policy, that’s why I always always try bra’s on before I buy.

It’s an underwire bra from M&S, same style as I bought the other week but different colour. The one I bought the other week was so comfortable I went back, I did try it on as I was trying others on too but…the first bra had an underwire only, this one has an underwire AND a kind of vertical bone in the side – I didn’t notice when I tried it on and when I’m standing up it’s fine (which of course you are when you try on bras) but when I sit down the vertical bone sticks into my ribs. Same stock code, same name, same design in all other respects…can’t even see why it needs a bone!

I think I’m going to try taking it back, and if they won’t because I’ve worn it then I’ll see if I can remove the bones…shame cos it’s a sexy bra and comfortable too…apart from the bones!
