with all the rain we have had recently, when you are driving have you ever splashed somebody on purpose and drove on sniggering like a little kid or do you think its bang out of order, it happened to me yesterday wooosh i was well drenched,and it was a bus, im sure i saw the bus driver laughing :twisted: so come on hands up, admit it are you a secret splasher?

Under section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, it is an offence to perform a clear act of incompetence, selfishness, impatience or aggressiveness which causes inconvenience to other road users.
The Crown Prosecution Service specifically include: “driving through a puddle causing pedestrians to be splashed” in its description of this act.

Blimey…if this was enforced there’d be hardly any cars left on the road…now there’s a thought… :lol:
