I’m pissed off that I have a £10,000 student loan to pay off (thanks to Tony Blair) and at this rate I won’t be able to buy a house unless I continue to work seven days a week for the next 6 years…

Preston the clue was in the word loan – it means you have to pay it back at some point

and at this rate I won’t be able to buy a house unless I continue to work seven days a week for the next 6 years…[/quote]

6 years that is nothing. Count yourself lucky I know people in their 50’s including my parents who are still renting and my dad works 12 hour shifts 6 – 7 days a week. I bet you’ve bought a house by the time your 50. Get over it, and just get on with it like any other student.

    Bat

My sons teacher. Why can,t she get herself organised and give out bits of paper and cards etc early, instead of at 3.15 when school finishes? I,m bloody freezing, I,ve got ear ache from that soddin north wind, and it,s all that grey haired old bags fault…grrrrrrrrrr.

The entire concept of Christmas (as it currently is ‘celebrated’) irritates me. Maybe one day we can get back to celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ and forget all about excessive eating drinking and serial present buying.

Arrogant shoppers (as above) are yet another manifestation of this utter lack of knowing what Christmas is supposed to be all about !!!
