Its both. But its mainly for the destitute africans, they need them more, but hey, we live in a globalistic, pull the ladder up jack and sod the rest, society.

If we raise money for destitute africans, they will eat, they will live, and they will breed, but that wont reduce their poverty.
If we put pressure on christian leaders to stop telling them they must not use contraception, and use some of our financial help to educate these poor people into not having babies so much, then this time next year, THEY will reap the benefits of that, because they’ll be LESS mouths to feed, and MORE food those who are still alive.

I was pointing out to your thick brain, that people indigenous to their homeland leave England in bigger percentage numbers than america.

Why are they reviewing on-screen content of ethnic minorities? Its not because they dont wana help them.
If they can go out there way and pay someone £90,000 of our money to help non whites, they can do so for whites too.
The government have spent millions trying to encourage their multicultural experiment, and part of that funding has classed it as a failure, its non negotiable, its a fact of life.
If you feel that hundreds of murders, many riots, 100,000’s of racial discrimination cases etc etc etc, isnt failure, they you live in a dream world.
There are good things about our multicultural sesspit disaster, but generally, it is just that, a sesspit disaster.
I suppose people living in rural areas, places like oxford etc, dont see the reality of the disaster. Places like that will see this disaster. If the media reported it, they would worry.

When you consider that britain has 60,000,000 residents, and america has 320,000,000, its not difficult to see which set of people have had enough more.

Sounds like ethnic protection campaign to me.
All I saw was an intention to portray life as it truly is for most british citizens – of all races, colour and creed.
They didnt mention helping white people, so not all.

So its a good idea to waste our money on a failed system :roll:
