ok so getting back to the matter in hand…

Firstly, I am English, I was born in England, however if I trace my ancestory back, which my Grandfather has done on his side, I am directly related to the vikings on my paternal side, and also I have a grandmother who was Italian and a grandmother who was Irish, so if people were wanting to be pedantic they could say I am not English.
However I am!

Polish… I have had the pleasure of working with polish people, when I worked at Luton Airport, and I cannot say anything other than they work extremely hard and make the effort to integrate into the local community. I have been on nights out with a polish girl who works with my friend, I work in a nursery school where the polish children learn English and the parents are active members of the nursery community when sometimes the ‘english’ parents don’t seem to get involved and use the nursery as a ‘dump and run’ feature.
I have said on many occasions, I have no problem with polish, bulgarian, etc or any eastern european person coming into the UK and finding work, good luck to them, they pay tax, they contribute to living in the society and they work DAMN hard. I know 2 guys who work 7am til 11pm 7 days a week at luton airport am sure its not all together legal but they do it. The reason they are able to do it is because the bone idle uk workers don’t want to get off their sorry bottoms and work. The ppl of the Uk are all to quick to moan about not having a job but when it comes to the crunch some just don’t want to have to work for their money.
