I so wish I knew who the hell Kate is and why you all seem to have this person on a pedestal? Maybe then I might not find every post turning into the Kate show quite so boring and tedious.

I would invent an umberella that fits on a baby buggy to keep mum dry coz its near impossible to negotiate a buggy and hold a brolly above ya head! Am surprised its not been done yet???? Maybe it has

will if a child is being left unattended to care for themselves then the parent is failing to provide a safe and secure environment for them. This is neglect and is a form of child abuse. Report their sorry arses.
