The mine collapsed 25th April, killing other miners.These 2 were found alive on April 30 and rescuers had been slowly and painstakingly tunnelling towards them ever since. The rock was so hard when they were drilling it was like throwing a tissue up against a rock. What saved them they were in their cage which is about 1.5 metres square, other wise they would have been crushed to death. Miracles do happen.
