Each individual team member has to be developed at his or her own level and this is as true for the exceptional player as well as his team mates. The elite player must have his or his needs met ,but all other players must be like – wise be developed by building on their strengths for their motivation, their esteem, and of course for the team.

LINDAAnd I am low by the way, honest/truth in confession of my 5 year plan, but for a few still very keen with out naming names, I played as low, suspected. So team has to tighten up more as a team leader know where the fuck ups where and will not volunteer assistance. Out of here in 1 hour. Enough.

Not everyone in life will understand us, not everyone in life will like us, isolate your thoughts and push the rest of the total boll***s people say about and to you out of your head. Unless its constructive and productive criticism given out of kindness then you really should not listen to it. You are quirky, I have struggled understanding you as sometimes you seem a little random and complex to me – doesn’t mean its your problem – maybe I am a bit thick. Don’t bother taking what people say here and letting it get to you. Either tell them what you think back or ignore them.

There once was a chatter
who loved a good natter
she made others laugh, as she did
But a monster one day
Took the laughter away
Thinking she was’lame’ and ‘stupid’
They were lurking, beserking
Very possibly jerking
When they chose silly names and hid
For a while she was wilted
For her chat world had tilted
The can of worms had lost its lid
But then strangely uplifted
She found herself gifted

The two faced backstabbers
The buzz kill handbaggers
