LindaWHAT country are ya invading?? the innocent ones and ones no dam need to be Invaded,, apart from the Bully boys,, the was the U.s.a caused more wars in the Name of cheap oil.. the way they kill so called Martyrs Like Gadaffi and Sadamm.. causing more Grief.. and causing ISIS.

Asked for branches people served in? What did they do, or trained for. In look, where sent to. People’s History of service, not who is at fault..

As this thread had hoped with sharing would be nicer, has turned into a battel field. So I am sorry if offended any one by mere interest and not a repeat of wars and battles, but of those who made scarfice and honor in protecting own homeland. It was to be a thread geared toward RESPECT.. not another war….
I would offer this up though.. if ever in Columbus, Ohio..they have the BEST airplane and army museum have ever seen. Old airplanes through out huge huge bunkers, history..was so tired spent 2 days visit… Px was cheap too for military families…foods, smokes, coffee, etc…
If you ever get the opportunity to see an airplane show of the military here and flight performances,magnificent. Newburgh/Stewart Air Base, the best….
Military boats in the harbor of n.y.c. awesome as well…went on a tour of the Intrepid. Submarine so tight, wondered how all those men stayed in such tight quarters for months under water. Do not think could have survived that.
And for the fans of sports. The military football games at Westpoint are super fantastic….
With respect Linda service personnel are bound by the official secrets act so discussing their military service is deemed in the main a big no no.
As an military ex wife – what goes on tour stays on tour.
Most serve their country with total dedication & pride.
I for one am very grateful to them.
