Why do irons have short leads.
Every iron I have ever owned I have had to plug into an extension lead.
I may write to manufacturer about it because I’m sure it just can’t be me.
Please feel free to have a moan…23 July, 2008 at 1:57 pm #356859My requirements when buying a new one is it MUST have a 3 metre lead, makes all the difference. Check the credentials before you commit, they MUST be right for the task.
I only iron once a fortnight, cos Im ironing board is broke and I refuse to buy a new one. I hate spending money on household appliances that are only useful for mundane jobs and nothing else!
But the 3m lead is a godsend
