Insomnia makes my condition worse, the less sleep I have the worse I am. I have Morphine for such ocasions along with sleeping tablets and valium. I sure get some sleep then

13 September, 2008 at 12:19 pm #371526I’ll bet those must be lovely, soft blankets; just the kind that would help a person sleep. Oh, wouldn’t I just love to have your pubic hairs wrapped around me.
I seldom have trouble falling asleep, but rather maintaining sleep throughout the night. I feel like I am chronically sleep-deprived, and usually need a power nap during the day at some point. I actually think that, for most people, it is a spirit of restlessness that disallows adequate sleep. Something in our lives does not jive with how we would like to live, and this creates a dichotomy of spirit.
