have you read about hospitals requesting the help of 4 x 4 owners to help get doctors and nurses in to work
isnt it a good job that all these same 4 x 4 owners have stuck with them despite being punished for owning them in the form excessive road tax
may be they should be offered a discount now for all the help they have provided

No I hadn’t seen that thin. What a good idea, and how nice of them to do it.

Last year in the snow on a journey from Blue Water to home all the vehicles that had skidded off the roads and were either in the ditches or just stuck were mostly 4 x 4’s and lorries …..we were fine in the car, just taking it slow……. they’re not all they’re cracked up to be…………infact more a statement of status in this part of the country.

I live 5 minutes from Bluewater Tinks and I certainy don’t think everyone who owns 4 x 4’s have them as a status symbol. Lot’s buy because it’s their personal choice of car or in my case it was a surprise present from Mr Kent.
In our recent bad weather it was generally 4×4’s on the road getting from A to B the mad drivers were people in cars not 4×4’s on the wrong side of the roads trying to get up hills regardless of what was coming in their direction. That happened to me on more than one occasion going to work at 5 am in the morning  Why do people risk their lives in such stupid ways?
