Met someone who has a plot of land with an ENORMOUS hole in it. I mean a really big hole like football stadium size. It was excavated by an aggregates company for sand or something.

What would YOU do with a giant hole in the ground ?

Land fill and car park have already been suggested.

    :-k :-k :-k

Fill it with water , stock it with fish and put pedalos on it and those big hamster balls that humans can run about in . Sorted

Smooth it out … into a bowl-like fashion. Cover the ground with something that can take water and will protect any contents fron dirt.
Then… fill it entirely with milk and put some Rice Crispies and sugar in. Or whichever cereal you decide on. A democracy perhaps?

Christ knows :-s to let it fill up naturally with water would take forever………..mad thing really telling people you own a ‘wacking great hole’

Do not be ridiculous , you cannot fill a hole with rice crispies fgs . Crunchy nut cornflakes are the only option .
