Behind the smile
is tortured, scared person
I try to see
but everything’s a blur
I try to scream
but the words don’t come out
I try to breathe
but my lungs won’t fill with air
I try to feel
but everything is empty
I try to wake up from this dream
But its real
I’m drowning
the pain surrounds me
the walls are closing in
trying to engulf me
my mind
my body
my soul
I’m losing control

Yeah can relate to this very well over the years. Hope the poem finished with becoming powerful again.
i fake smiles and lols so i dont have to talk to people about my probs what they are to dumb to understand.
Why would they be too dumb too under stand?

Finishing up on me java here, can recall many things read on the postings. Happiness/sadness, friendships/not, new learning knowledge, others passions and interest..
And presently all can think about “life” is we all are a lot of “Jelly Beans!” Sweet and flavorable.
Except never acquired a taste for black licorice…leave them out of the bag….hee hee……Jelly beans are great for an energy burst if your going to do some exercise…if you’r not well…it’s all sugar, (and color)

I’ll be honest, every thing has it’s values…..I once cycled 90 miles on one pack of jelly beans. Mind you, i had one hell of a fry up the night before.
