Any body got a curved T. V screen and what is the benefits of having it? I’m in 2 minds about getting an actual T.V to replace my old one in the lounge or get a massive screen for my P.C to use the wi-fi through and watch T.V on. The only reason i have a normal T.V in all honesty is because it has a D.V.D recorder with it and i record any thing worth watching.
Have you made a decision yet? Don’t get that curved gimmicky crap. The TV to have is one with an OLED panel e.g. LG B6 – it’s the new plasma. And look for the HDR10 standard.
god i wud of thought a curved tv wud be annoying if someone is sitting in the wrong place like the seat what is not sheldons seat, i wud not get a curved tv unless i tested one and changed my opnion to the positive opnion, study about what makes a tv great then look at reviews about tvs then by the best u think, or get a computer moniter with the same studying, if u watch tv programmes, idk why people by tvs anymore if they have a good computer and moniter, maybe tv moniters are better, i just think tvs as we know them will be dead unless it is one of them smart tv or it is something what is as good as using a computer montier.
Curved tv? Gimmick.
Ask to test one for a day and see if changes your life, if your live in a lighthouse it might be ace
If you live in a square room I`d recommend flat panel or projector + panel for movie nights.
Curve would be good for boseyed people too or if you live in a igloo.

Like JN said who who sharing with ?? If your on your tod you might as well wear augmented headset!! Its amazing the depth but its a window!!!

its 2 main benefits are it stops glare more than a flat screen and you dont have to sit facing directly at it
Thanks for all your advice…….thing is about glare…it doesn’t bother me because i sit back far enough to not be bothered with it……thing i was interested in mostly was it any good for a p.c screen and to be honest…..nah. Bought a 27 inch screen a while ago after writing this post(flat screen) as i find……if i need to change the angle of the screen…i just turn the screen accordingly with my hand. I have 3 computers at least working as i find that with the software i use(music wise) too many software elements on a single p.c and the software interferes with other software……like it doesn’t have a mind of it’s own.
Only solution i found is to keep all software……buy new computers at regular intervals…have at least 3 computers and it seems like 20 years later…it all works together. Paul Daniels might call it magic…i prefer to call it fore sight, self belief and a veering on recklessness which pays off.
You’ll like this…not a lot…LOL
