    For 2 days now have tried to get into the chat rooms but to no avail. Everything was fine then after a bout of spamming the chat room pages just stayed white.

    I have reinstalled java, tried firefox, emailed this site but no response, so it looks like my chat days are doomed :(

    If anyone could help it would be appreciated, thank you…..

    Hello Kazzie, if you haven’t already clear all your cookies and history. Turn your router of for a minute and then back on, do it several times before you try to get back into JC. A blank page can also signify a ban in the rooms. Other than the basics I don’t know what else you can do. Good luck.
