I am so upset…………no really I am…..

I have never applied for the position Bat…..however I was in the room once when head of the Gestapo said she has final say on who gets to be a guide or not….of course it could just be banter…..
Or maybe martin has a big @rse like me and can fit loads up there…..no idea….now hes an active poster he might let me know

All said and done…..the boards are active again …..and we have loads reading them…..all good right?

Yep Pete. That’s how it always used to be. You were supposed to remain anonymous, but certain guides back in the day, couldn’t resist telling their mates in msn, who would then tell the bad guys and their mates , and so word spread about who was staff and who wasn’t.

In my opinion, if this chatsite is to survive and flourish going forwards as I’m sure the intent is, a level of professionalism needs to be nurtured by those in control of it. Sadly for them, this means being detached from the day-to-day goings on in the rooms, since it is an adult chatsite and all different types of people will frequent it, but promoting a level of supervision as to make it a safe and comfortable environment for all types of users, irrespective of their backgrounds, social status, etc.

I’m sorry I had to mention names, but I was pressed for the name of the guide and I’d rather it came from me as opposed to a 3rd person, hence this post.

The intent of this post is not to fuel a fire, but to spark some changes which will help both the users and those running the site to further their cause in prompting more users to join JC.

Maybe you should have asked her what you should be doing instead of being up there?
Maybe ask who you should talk too…get a list with reasons
Maybe ask her to explain why she has certain friendships with people you don’t like?
Get a good rapport going……listen…..learn…..take on board advice a stranger can give you to enhance your life for the better
Just a few tips to get things going……
Maybe do a bullet point chart MIds I know how much you love those ( boy o boy do I bleeding know how much!!)

Wow things have obviously changed since I was guide, I got my wrists slapped just because someone complained to me on Facebook about being booted (during a chatroom brawl) and ranted about all the other people that were involved. I replied that they weren’t the only person booted and the next thing I know I have an email from Martin about conduct on my personal Facebook page not meeting the standards expected of a guide.

Now we have forum hosts signing onto the message boards and starting threads for the sole purpose of character assassination and that’s ok? Really?

As for “As for Thin, he’s managed to get back on the boards”, well I was under the impression that Martin had said that this was a fresh start and “If your previous message boards account was deactivated, it has now been re-enabled and will remain that way unless you break the site rules.” I guess the site owner and the forum host need to have a little chat about people previously banned who have returned having a fresh start…unless we’re going back to the old ways of course.
