I hear that a lot in rooms.   The other one’s “its different for men, they don’t mind there belly’s hanging out”.

OK I’m going to clear this up for you.

You will look ridiculous in a micro bikini if you’re over 21.  No one want to see there grannie flashing that much flesh.

And there will always be a few lads on the beach drinking cheap lager and making jokes  B-)

The next moan I regularly hear is… the waters too cold

    So what’s the answer

    Wetsuits

    They cover everything up :good:

Work better than a whale bone corset keeping everything in :good:

    Keep you warm too :good:

There really buoyant cos your farts get trapped in them   :good:

And just like me cheap

    Please don’t rush out and buy a £500 wetsuit !! A £50 one will do !!!

The real mind frk for me is what happened to kid who couldn’t stay out of the water?  The parent who couldn’t live a day without the beach to wear there kids out.? Once the kids left home did they wake up and think…. ooooOOOooooo I’m too old for that stuff now?

After last 18 months we all need to get out more, not less.   Stop saying  ” NO !” to life. Go back to being that kid who couldn’t stay out of the water or off the beach.  Its a lot more fun  ;-)

    Ge

Can a kind soul explain to me why DOA is advocating wearing a ‘wetsuit’ to sunbathe?

Also if you are into a micro bikini then please make sure you are well-groomed.

You can sunbathe in the back garden.  If you must…. pay for a deckchair like your granny did

The point of going to the seaside is you get in the sea !!!!

I bet Ge is one of those people who goes and sits on the beach in his coat

Not everyone likes the same hobbies as you….stop be so judgy..the point of going to the beach is to relax…have fun…build sandcastles…let the kids bury you in the sand…..get in the water if you wish…have sandy fish n chips and sand sprinkled ice cream…..sunbath…wear whatever you feel comfortable in without thinking some man with bad kankles is going to body shame you

    I have a lot more hobbies  ;-)

But for now… I’m going to focus on this one….    :mail:

Last years “staycations” lead to over crowded beaches.   The only place you could relax was out on the water. Well away from the bbq’s……..music…….screaming kids…..  men having nervous break downs after being lockdown for months with there wife’s and kids.   It was hell

Right now its not too bad….once a few days of summer arrive who knows

But that’s nothing to do with this thread.

I started this one due to body conscious issues expressed by users of this site.  The traditional idea that beaches are exclusively for the young while older people sit around  eating sandy fish n chips and sand sprinkled ice cream needs to be banished back to the 70’s were it belongs.

If the lifting of covid rules goes wrong… we’re all locked in again by Autumn. Lets have a bit of fun before then.  I don’t care if your bobbing around on kitchen bin in a park lake or fountain in the town centre.    Just  get out and have fun before the world goes to sh1t again.

DOA, I don’t know what kind of ‘beach’ you wear your wetsuit and what you do in your private life is of course your business. However, if you are going to a ‘beach’ in the blazing sun where men/women wear coats then you are probably not on a beach at all.

I suggest though you keep your nighttime habits to yourself, don’t be ashamed of parking in remote woods watching two fat people shag in the back of an old Cortina just stop sharing it publicly on the boards.

This is why you get gagged Morg Melon Head. You can’t seem to keep yourself out of online trouble and keep sticking your nosy beak into other people’s business.

I suggest you have a serious talk with yourself and… STFU.
