Ok there is a simple reason for you still seeing chess on line has mobile.

When you sign into msn it always updates with the latest information about the people on messsager

The virus is telling people that this person is “mobile”, its playing with the msn setting, has most virus do. . It will still behave like msn, when someone logs in they will pop up on msn like normal.

So if you see anyone on msn who is showing has “mobile”, there a good chance they have a computer virus.

Wait till there off line, and then send them message telling them to run ant virus or tell them in a chat room.

Chess is being helped and but unless you have this computer virus and have removed it, its hard to give advice.

This one has been around for about 5 years and most ant virus programs can find the old version, but the new version is bigger and nastier to deal with.

This virus is call “variant “, there have been msn virus before, and in this case someone has taken an old one, play with it and made it hard for most ant virus programs to find.

I would say to most people, if you have an up to date ant virus program and a good firewall, you should be ok.

But the only real defence ageist any computer virus is common senses.

    Recommended.

Ive used these and would use them again. An advisor is personally assigned to your problem for free and helps you sort it out. It takes a few days and some time running scans etc but they are very thorough.

    Oh thanks for than Sharngooner.

Its nice to know someone loves me,…….. and the rest of the gang.

Its just one of the few sites wasted my time with.

Computers have always been a hobby, saying that I was much happier in the days of the zx 81 and the BBC micro self build home computer.

Yep I would definately go back there again, and I often read the posts now. We had those BBC computers at school, well, we had one between 300 of us.
