For years we have watched the “great and good” moan on about “paedophiles”. Single men have been banned from parks and other public places, mothers hunting in packs like wolfs for paedophiles hiding in dark dank housing estates of Briton.

It seems this problem is now under control: not one child seems to have gone missing or been killed by a paedophile in a while.

We all need to stay vigilant, paranoid and eager for vengeance, so keep up the good work.

    But…………

Parents killing there own children is still on the increase.

Joanne Hill, was jailed at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday for killing four-year-old Naomi, who had mild cerebral palsy.

David Cass and his daughters, Ellie, aged three, and Isobelle, aged 14 months, died from smothering and their father from hanging.

Christopher Foster who is thought to have killed this daughter and his wife before shooting himself.

Steven Wilson was found guilty of stabbing his sons Brad, seven, and Brett, eight, with a screwdriver

Helen Rogan killed herself and son Mark Owen Young by leaping from a 180 ft high bridge.

Patricia McCarville killed her son Jamie with her husband’s shotgun at the family home.

The list goes on and on.

After many years of litigation and legislation aim at the 10,000 active sex offenders in the UK, a child is still more likely to be killed by a parent.

Do you think we have been hunting the wrong people all theses years?

No, personally I don’t,,,,,and if even one child is saved from one of these depraved monsters, then all power to the mothers who took place.

As for the parents taking the lives of their own children. Yes I agree, it does seem to be something which increases day by day. Brought about by parents unable to accept that a relationship may be over. Parents, both parents, owe a duty of responsibility to their children. They may not have a relationship anymore, not one that they’d want anyway, but they are, supposed to be the adult.

They need to put their own differences to one side and not let it, in as much as they can, reflect on the lives of their children, it isn’t their fault. Either that, or your just going to have more and more screwed up kids, those that survive anyway.

For a parent to take the life of a child because that parent can’t have what he or she wants from a relationship, is just unspeakable.

Most Pedo’s seem to be known by the family in some way or another.
But i do think the paranoia as gone to far. Its seems if your a single bloke, that makes you a perv. Just look at the ratio of male to females that work in a nursery. You prob wont find a man employed in one.
I read last week officals in some park somewhere were stopping men and were questioned what they are up to in a public park ffs. As we all know women cant be pedo’s can they

Of course they can CM,,,,,I do think the thing with the stopping a questioning men in the park might be taking things a little too far,,,,,,yes it can become ridiculous.

As for the ratio of men versus women, working in a nursery school,,,to be perfectly honest, I don’t know of a man who could handle the pressure of it  it’s not as fluffy and enjoyable as some would imagine, hard work in fact lol. And No!!, im not saying that men can’t and don’t work hard lol,,,,I just don’t imagine it to be a job a lot of them would do.

Probably much the same as the hype on the celebs favourite AIDS. It kills something less than 1% of the worlds population whilst cancer kills more people then any other illness. Yet the money afforded to AIDS as opposed to cancer is totally disproportionate to the size of the problem. It’s whatever is the latest fad within the media, rich, famous, etc.

Exactly right. Why not focus on the subject matter of the post rather than its grammatical style.
