How should they be dealt with?

On the train the other day, garlic breath got on and sat next to me. I moved when another seat became available. I believe I was subtle.

Then BO bloke sat next to me. I felt surrounded.

So, how should we deal with human stink bombs?

Fight fire with fire and smear yourself in your own faeces before boarding.

Years ago I worked with a lad who had a medical condition that meant he had severe BO

    Nice person, sad problem.

Is he a person you move seats to avoid?

Yes. I don’t tend to ask them if they stink because they are unhygienic or if they stink because of a medical condition. I’m a bit more subtle than that.

And I’m sure there were times when you moved to get away from the smell of your work colleague unless of course you like that smell. I personally can’t stand it.
