Went to the clinic for the second week and have set my quit date for this Wednesday 8th March. Going to stick my patch on in the morning and then might go back to bed till it starts working as I normally get up make a cuppa and have 2 cigs :lol:
I do feel very positive this time tho, so hopefully I will succeed with help from the quit clinic, patches and all of you :DRiva in the lakes an mountains of Italy
Went to my first Quit meeting at the hospital Monday evening. I have chosen to go for the 24 hour patches. I dont quit yet, have to go to another meeting next Monday and they set a quit date for me. He had a box with a lot of compartments in it with all the things they put into cigarettes to make them so addictive, CYANIDE was one, after looking at that box it made me even more determined to succeed. I just keep asking myself why am i putting poison in my body, what kind of idiot does that to themselves :roll: :roll:

Hopefully Boston and then New York for a week in May and Turkey already booked for 2 weeks in September, maybe some day trips to France in summer too. :D
