Oh! I did say that AVG and Mircrosoft wouldn’t help me unless I paid, however, they help each other – now, if you can read between the lines – and I also add that ‘the hacker’ tried several times whilst AVG were talking to Microsoft and getting pished off with ‘the hacker’ still trying to get into my accounts, does NOT discount Joker or whoever’s IP’s they were bombing because they were so p’d off, does it?”

I have finally got a new email addy! Between AVG and Microsoft they have resurrected me, so to speak lol.
However and I hate to say this, most of the bugs came from links I had downloaded from jc – just a warning, or updates for I-tunes. If any of you have something on your home page with err or something in a kind of blank page, delete it, it is a bug!
Should anyone have a prob, AVG tel no is 0844 800 2400 – the number is free, but they won’t help unless you pay £100, but that is complete coverage for a year! They were absolutely brilliant!
Microsoft’s number is 0800 107 1175 – again, they won’t help unless you are a paying member!! So personally, I wouldn’t bother with these. I only got the number from AVG because it is impossible to get it through their web-site!
