I was referring to the power held by the guides and hosts – considering that people they ban seem to be able to get round the bans fairly easily and quickly. awww thanks to each and every one of you, I know this isn’t going to be easy, but I am determined to do it, well at least try! – day two started about 10 mins ago!! Hey these things actually blow out smoke! dunno how that works?!

As for cholesterol – I take one simvastin tab every night and now down to normal range – soooooo Rubes NO excuse for not quitting smoking! Come on girlie, if I can go one day, so can you!
