Oh I managed to show myself up with no help at all ……..
Years ago I was at a friends wedding with my then hubby Ma & Pa they drinks were flowing & a good time was being had by all at the afternoon reception.
I excused myself & took myself off to the lil girls room as you do. Came out & made my way back to our table acknowleging friends as I went thinking why are all the blokes winking at me … not used to that sort of attention .Anyway eventually sat down next to me Ma & she whispered in my ear …… “Your skirt is tucked in your drawers !!!
Omg I wanted to die of shame lol .
When my eldest was still a toddler and in his push chair….we were in Superdrugs and he picked a sweet….went to the counter she scanned my stuff then I asked son to give me his sweet so the lady could scan it….anyway it was a long struggle he would not let go…eventually I had to take it from him as he was having a tantrum and he said “I hate that lady”
So embarrassingactually writing it down it kinda makes him look like he was a right brat…but he wasn’t

Why when cancer research has come on so far and we raise so much money towards it..does it seem the disease is taking more lives than we used to hear about
Because we are so much more informed than years ago. People actually go to the Dr thesedays as opposed to live in denial as once they did.
They are now swamping the TV with ads …..
Not sure how I feel about that most of us have or will have actually lived through the horror of cancer wether it be a personal battle or the battle of a loved one without having it rammed down our throats.There are so many different strain that whilst I agree research is a MUST & anything that helps the fight is a big plus regretfully I dont think there will ever be a definative cure.
