You dont have to profess faith.
Commit every sin there is, and do it frequently throughout your life. Then when your on your death bed, call for a Priest, and repent your sins. Every sinner is forgiven, so this is your get out of hell card.
I presume it works for everyone from insane Dictators who murder millions to people who steal a Loaf of Bread.
