At the time I wondered if the foot and mouth epidemic in 2001 was agro-terrorism, possibly by Saddam Hussein’s regime, since the strain of FMD virus was said a middle-eastern one.
However, while it would have been possible for terrorists to introduce such a disease, they could not have predicted how the government would have reacted with mass…[Read more]

From a feature Radio 4, I gather that a lot of these Poles intend returning to their home country when its economy improves.
Also on Radio 4 I heard that the Republic of Ireland has a similar situation with migrant workers, but from Lithuania and Latvia.

I don’t have a problem with Polish workers coming to live / work over here – we have a lot in our town. Like us, Poles are EU citizens and so have the right to travel / work / live anywhere in the EU.
However the numbers do seem alarming – 450,000 is not far short of 1% of the total population of England (just over 50 million) or indeed that of…[Read more]

Islam’s two holiest cities are Mecca (population 1.3 million) and Medina (900,000), both in Saudi Arabia. Non-muslims are not permitted to enter either city.
Imagine if access to the city of Canterbury was limited to Anglicans!
Even the Vatican allows non-catholics, or even non-Christians to visit.
Imagine if only US citizenes were allowed to…[Read more]

The terrorist threat would not put me off flying because I have a fear of flying anyway and have never been in an aeroplane!
But seriously, we can all sit and be all multicultural and PC on our PCs, but in a strange situation where there is a perceived risk who knows how we’d feel.
I understand that the men in question were behaving oddly as…[Read more]

An empowered al Qaeda.
Bin Laden appears to be sidelined by his number two, Al-Zawahiri. If Bin Laden had a beguiling, evil charm, a kind of serene charisma that drew young hero-worshippers to his cause, the angry, ranting, finger pointing Al-Zawahiri is likely to do the opposite.

Now a middle-eastern man has been arrested in Germany after attempts were made to bomb two trains using ‘suitcase bombs’. The man was a Lebanese student and there are possible links to Pakistan reported. What has Germany done? Invade Iran? Invade Afghanistan?
Oddly this was not a suicide attack as the man tried to flee the country.

middle class white liberals
I’m from a middle class, white background and I don’t think traditional middle-class people want everyone to be the same – they just want the lower classes and foreigners to fit in with their system and not cause trouble!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
You cant have religion making ANY laws, that would mean we’d have santan laws, and hell knows what MASS diverse laws from stamp collecting
You read me wrong! The last thing I want is religions making laws, what I meant was GOVERNMENTS making laws that restrict what religions may practice or preach!

Now Ryanair are intending to sue our government over the delays caused by the extra security measures following the discovery of the bomb plot.
Talk about opportunism! I hope people now boycot this airline, which has basically ‘done a Gerald Ratner’!
If they can’t take our money by getting us to buy cheap air tickets, they’re going to try and…[Read more]

More specifically…. England is for the English………
The ‘Little Englander’ mentality seems to be enjoying a resurgence, possibly because we won the World Cup in 1966, possibly because of the over representation of Scots in British politics.
However, our country is Britain and the St George’s cross belongs with the St. Andrews and obsolete…[Read more]

Specific laws should be passed throughout Europe limiting what ANY religion or cult may preach or practice.
Central to this would be the idea that the greatest punishment any religion could impose would be expulsion from that religion.
A restriction of freedom? Yes, but a restriction on the right to deny freedom too.

I watch quite a lot of TV news – News 24, Sky news etc. Although the majority of reporters are white, there have been, over the years, quite a number of non-white reporters and news readers. I don’t see any bias, hopefully whatever race a person is they will report what they see truthfully.
As for matching the ethnicity of the reporter to the…[Read more]

I agree something very mysterious and sinister going on – I’m beginning to wonder about hypnosis, ‘truth’ drugs or maybe ‘obedience’ drugs being used on activists as part of their brainwashing.
