This happened to my friend she brought a PSP off some dodgy company and they charged her twice and never sent the goods. She was desperate for a PSP for her other half and they were selling out in shops that why she went online. Well she got in touch with her credit card company to stop further money being taken off and to make a claim on the insurence with her credit card. So really your credit card company need to know, then when thats sorted get in touch with who you purchased the goods from x
