Well my body gets all the goodness it needs i replace meat with other things i need. I have never agreed with wearing animals and i did used to eat meat at 1 point. I turned 15 and a mad media report on mad cows was about then, and being 15 i was scared, my mom tried to tell me it was ok i would be fine but was having non of it. Then i saw Babe the film the same year and felt sorry for the pig so stopped eating them and lamb i thought well if im not going to eat other meat i will give that up aswell. Fish i went off at 12. So thats how i gave meat up. I was immature and thought it would be better, i have not eaten meat in 11 years and could never eat it again now. I cook it still as my hubby is a meat eater and my 2 daughters love meat and i would never push my beliefs on the 3 of them. If they want to give it up when they are older thats up to them. So thats my story and i feel good not eating meat after seeing how animals are killed i know they cant feel it but it still upsets me. So i am glad and feel healthy for it.
