We have the occassional problem of slugs in the student properties and below is the advice we give the students:

“”As you know slugs love to party at night so why not treat them by supplying the drinks. Place a pint glass with some beer in it on it’s side where they hang out . After loads of phone calls today they have finally arranged for a fitter to come and check the windscreen to order one for me (don’t hold your breath :evil: ) I am going to be more than reasonable and give them until the end of the week and if it’s not sorted I will organise it myself and make a claim against them :twisted:

The most annoying part of the whole thing is the fact the Manager keeps stating how at least they told me about the damage they had caused…errr excuse me so you should you are a reputable company (or so I thought) and errr how exactly were you going to hide the fact bearing in mind there’s a big crack in the screen :lol:
