Surely? Well if it’s such a sure certainty, I’d strongly recommend that you put a few shillings on that outcome. It has been many years, decades infact, since Spurs had such a privelige and not under the 20 year reign of Monsieur Wenger, I can’t see that pattern changing for the time being, despite Spurs’ wonderful run of form under Pochettino.
Putting money on Spurs finishing above Arsenal last season would have been the only outcome worse than what actually happened. What a disgusting collapse as soon as the title was out of reach.
Talking of going down,. who’s the only team in English football never to be relegated?

Well, you’re pretty much on the ball there Martin. Very sharp of you. Maybe I need to rephrase the question. Which team in their current format have never been relegated? or Which team in the last 100 years have never been relegated?
Well without Googling, I know in the Premier League there are a few ‘ever-present’ teams, Tottenham Hotspur included. I’d say Arsenal, too. Probably a few more as well.

What’s the new law? An immediate ban?
As from 1st March 2017 drivers will face a £200 fine and six penalty points on their driving licence. Newly qualified drivers will lose theirs if caught.
Are you still allowed to use hands-free / bluetooth dongles? I think they can be just as distracting as a phone glued to your cheek.
